General Policies
Reservations
- Advanced reservations are highly recommended.
- Reservations
on rental equipment may be placed through our web site or by
calling us directly at 301-589-5008.
- Reservations for custom decorating
or balloon deliveries must be placed my calling 301-589-5008.
- We
must receive payment in full or have a credit card deposit
in order for a reservation to be valid. Any reservations made
without payment or deposit are not guaranteed, unless otherwise arranged
with management.
Deposits
- Deposits are required at the time reservation
is placed on all rentals in order to hold an item for the date
and time you would
like.
- Deposits are required for all custom decorating and
balloon deliveries
- We except Visa, Master Card or American Express
as deposits.
Payment
- All balances must be paid in full on or before
the day of rental.
- Cash, Visa, Master Card or American express
are the only acceptable payment methods, unless otherwise arranged
with
management.
Delivery, Pickup and Setup
- Delivery and pickup are available
for a fee.
- Deliveries are made to first floor door ONLY.
- Setup
is not included in delivery charges, but is available for an
additional fee.
- Deliveries and pickups are made Sunday – Saturday
9:00AM to 8:00PM. Any deliveries or pickups that
must be made outside of this time frame are an additional charge of $50 and
up.
- Some
items MUST be delivered and setup. These items include delivery
in the listed price. Some delivery
areas may be extra.
- Delivery times are not exact. Factors such as traffic
and delays with other deliveries may slightly
affect your delivery time. Though we try to contact customers in the event
of a delay, please plan
accordingly.
- Please consult our
staff about and special request deliveries or setup upon placing
your order.
Moon Bounce Requirements
The following specifications must
be met for any location a Moon
Bounce is to be
setup.
- An electrical outlet
must be located within 100 feet of setup position.
- Adequate space
must be available for the bounce. A 15x15 bounce actually has
outside dimensions of 21x21.
Please plan accordingly.
- There must be a flat area to setup the bounce. Slight
inclines are ok, but not recommended.
If upon arrival we find
that any of these requirements
are not suitably
met and
we are unable to setup
the bounce, there
will
be NO REFUNDS
OR CREDITS.
Weather Policy
We understand that weather
can sometimes put a
damper on outdoor
events. This
is why we
offer a “rain guarantee” on
all of our outdoor
rental items. In the
event of
rain in the delivery
area customers will
be contacted before
the
time of delivery to
confirm the order.
At this time
customers have the
opportunity to cancel
at no charge.
In
the event of extreme
weather conditions,
which could cause
unsafe jumping
conditions or damage
to the equipment,
We’re Having
A Party, LLC reserves
the right to cancel a
delivery. A weather cancellation
made by We’re
Having A Party, LLC
will result
in a full refund or
full credit towards
another
rental.
Cancellations
All cancellations must
have verbal or written
authorization.
No
messages will
be accepted.
Cancellations must
be made 10 days prior
to the
event to receive
a full refund. Cancellations
made within
10 days will forfeit
50% of the total
rental(s) cost.
Cancellations made
the day of the event
will forfeit the
entire rental(s)
cost.
