Now you know what size screen and the extras you want its time to:

1. Pick a flick

Depending on your crowd, you’ll probably want something general and family-friendly so its appealing to all ages. Remember if this is a public event you will need to order your movie from a licensing agent.

3. Put the word out

Make some cute invitations on the computer or send out a evites to your guest list. Be sure to let everyone know to bring blankets and pillows. You want everyone to be comfortable.

2. Call WHAP and reserve the date!

We’re Having A Party will deliver and setup all the audio, video and the giant inflatable screen. We will stay and run the movie so you have nothing to worry about. Don’t forget to order the popcorn machine and supplies.

4. Treats!

Don’t forget the treats. Check out the movie theater candy section at your local grocery or the famous Party Warehouse, and then popping up a few big bowls of popcorn with individual bags for people to fill themselves. WHAP can also provide popcorn machines and supplies as well. One last thing don’t forget drinks — popcorn makes you thirsty!
